Upstairs : 2 twin or double rooms + 1 bathroom Down : 1 double or twin, bathroom, lounge & Kitchen Number of people : up to 6 people Great ( well amazing )  Views across the Garfagnana towards the Alpi Apuane Mtbs and privacy in the farm complex, close to swimming pool, own terrace and BBQ area, new kitchen and facilities. Linen inc in cost. No extra costs, apart from extra for winter heating. walking to Local village of Villetta San Romano 10-15min, where there are bars and restaurant, also station for trains to Lucca and Pisa Depending on length of stay discounts can be made. minimum is 3 nights, high season 1 week rentals from sunday to sunday, other days can be accepted at request. see also advert on holiday rentals Cost : from 130e - 150e per night ( depending on season ) @
	Capanna Battista Newly Build Stone house, rooms are to be found on the ground floor. Here one can rent individually each room or rent out the whole of the ground floor for private use....  there are  2 x double en suite rooms that 60e per night Supplement for cots or addtional beds in rooms. Breakfast can be taken an 4epp, dinners at 18epp for 3 course meals. If you rent out only 1 room, then the house has a communal use, where breakfasts and meals can be done, there is the use of a large lounge area, and use of large terrace with great views. When staying in 1 of the rooms, and not renting out the whole ground floor this does not allow one to self cater and use the kitchen. Full Use of Ground Floor - private use of 2 x double en suite rooms, large lounge and eating area. Kitchen. Satelite TV and music system. Here on the ground floor is the only bathroom, a large dining and lounge area, and kitchen. small terrace area and eating area around the sides of the chalet. cost from 90e pn inc linen....... extra for addtional beds and cots....
	Casa Griselda 1 double room chalet from 70e per night self catering chalet with double or twin room, shower room, and small lounge / dining area with kitchenette...TV nice and private and lots of quiet areas around the chalet... only 30m or so! to pool.
	Bilocale ( 2 roomed ) Chalet Rosa Double roomed chalet 70e per night with a double or twin room, and off main room is the small lounge / dining area with small cooking corner, and here also is the bathroom. bigger that it looks on the picture... self catering, but for long periods, the kitchen is not huge for big meal preparation. Meals can be taken on the farm of braccicorti.

( but yellow !, can't find the picture ! ) with a double or twin room, and off main room is the small lounge / dining area with small cooking corner, and here also is the bathroom. bigger that it looks on the picture... self catering, but for long periods, the kitchen is not huge for big meal preparation.
