as....Our treks In the Garfagnana are a world away from that of Central
Tuscany. Here
in Garfagnana, there is truely mountains and alpine
scenary. There is the Highest Moutain in Tuscany, Monte Prado
at 2054m, which one can walk to on the main Apennine chain
which is a range of high rolling mountains. Look at the images

To the other side of the valley of
the Garfagnana, there are the jagged peaks of the Alpi Apuane or
the marble mountains, with their imposing outline and
features with the highest Monte Pisanino at 1965m. The views
from the Alpi Apuane are superb, with the sea views of the Versilia coast line to the
inland views of the Garfagnana and the Appennines. Come and
